Back on The Market!

Back on the market. All previous interest are encouraged to enquire.

When I think of summer holidays, I think of pristine white sandy beaches, I think of kayaking along crystal clear creek beds but I also think of raspberries and fresh summer produce. It's really difficult to find a property that offers all of this, unless of course you are holidaying right here at 180 Lune River Road.

This property is set on just under an acre of land which has been nurtured over the years to become the productive haven that it is today. There is a one bedroom holiday cabin that is completely off-grid which will help to keep the holding costs down. Power and phone are on the boundary, so if you prefer to have something more substantial here, it shouldn't be a problem. The cabin offers everything you'll need for short stays with a gorgeous Crown wood stove available for both heating and cooking. It's the land and location here that is the obvious attraction.

Huge productive gardens have been netted and in the past have provided income for the occupant. Of course, there are chicken coops, storage and numerous potting areas scattered throughout the garden and a beautiful dam that attracts both birdlife and frogs.

Lune River is a very popular fishing spot, where you commonly catch Trout and Bream and just 30 minutes down the road is Cockle Creek which is a must-see for anybody visiting Southern Tasmania.

There's just so much available here, not just at this property but in all of the surrounding areas as well. So why not give me a call and we can organise for you to have a look.
