A large built-in-wardrobe is installed on the far side of the studio, beside the bed. The kitchen space is located adjacent, and has good storage levels - with electric cooktop, convection / microwave combo oven and a small fridge. The studio has a spacious bath which includes a shower over bath, toilet and vanity unit - the bath has spa jet outlets, but please note that these have been disabled and do not function.
Beneath the deck is a small storage space - and some steps from the carport lead down to this area. A communal laundry room is available at the far side of the main residence, which can be used as part of the tenancy. As there is an overlap in usage of some areas (driveway / access / laundry) you will have interaction with the owner from time to time. Lease lengths of between 3 months and 12 months are being considered, and it is expected the property will be available towards early October.
