This beautiful property is available for flexible arrangements, perfect those wanting to lease a furnished or unfurnished home. It is preferred that a 6-month lease is secured initially with the possibility of renewal, however, a 12-month lease can be secured by negotiation for the right tenant. Surrounding winter fed creeks and the Crabtree Rivulet at the base of the driveway provides a tranquil setting for all senses.

The cottage home has wooden floorboards throughout the living areas and all windows look out into the beautiful surrounding gardens. Both the dining/kitchen area and separate lounge room are kept comfortable year-round by two split system reverse cycle air conditioners. The functional kitchen is equipped with a wooden pantry, electric oven, and gas stove. The original stove is still present to the kitchen, which adds to its charm.

All three bedrooms are generously sized with quality wool carpets and new block out curtains have been installed to the windows. There is storage to the hall with a large built-in bookshelf. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and is fitted with wood paneling adding to the home's rustic features. A separate concreted laundry is located to the back of the home with access to a separate toilet/powder room and additional storeroom with built-in shelving and wood bench.

The immediate garden with lawn area is included in the lease which are relatively easy to maintain with the help of the local wallabies.
