Under the terms of your Residential Tenancy Agreement rent is payable in advance. You can make payments by:
EFT: Electronic Funds Transfer (automatic or manual payments)
Should you have any difficulty making your rental payments, please contact your Property Manager immediately.
Should any repairs be required on your rental property, all requests must be put in writing. All non emergency repairs must first be approved by the landlord/owner. Please contact us regarding any repairs in writing and send to our office via:

In the case of an emergency, you may contact the designated emergency repairers on your lease document.
Vacating the premises
If you wish to vacate the premises at the end of your fixed term, you are required to give 14 days’ notice in writing.
Should you wish to vacate the premises and your lease has already expired, you are required to give 28 days’ notice in writing.
Please send required written vacate intention notices to our office. These notices should include details such as your name, forwarding contact address and date you plan to vacate. Please note this is a vital part of the vacate process and helps to align within industry regulation. Please contact our staff to discuss further if you have any questions
